Nora Ogboo Gorleku is a Chartered Accountant and Internal Auditor with over 10 years of experience in accounting, auditing, financial reporting, tax compliance, internal controls, and business operations. She has worked across diverse sectors — including SMEs, NGOs, consulting, manufacturing, and donor-funded projects — helping organizations strengthen financial management systems and achieve regulatory compliance.

She specializes in financial reporting, audit and assurance, risk management, tax administration, internal control reviews, and accounting system restructuring. Throughout her career, she has successfully led audits, managed multi-entity financial operations, ensured timely statutory compliance, and implemented process improvements that enhanced operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Nora holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Professional Studies, Accra, and is a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana) and the Institute of Internal Auditors (Ghana).
